The core is one of the key parts of our body. From the core we create movement, we articulate, we stay balanced and strong. Next to all the physical benefits that you get by having a toned and strong core; a strong core will help you to feel empowered, confident, balanced and grounded.
My own experience is that having a strong core has changed me as a person from the inside out. How you bring out yourself to the world, how you interact and move and overall how you feel inwards.
This program is designed exclusively for women, not because men don’t want or need to have a strong core. But because the female body and energy is specific and this program is focused on strengthening the core but also empowering women and rise our consciousness. It’s about being who you want to be in the world.
This dynamic core programs are super fun, light hearted and empowering. We will be sweating together, getting strong and learning lots of life-long lessons to keep a strong core and stay connected to our essence!
